About Me

Hello,

My name is Josh Ullrich.

I founded Adaptive Supply LLC with the goal of using the knowledge and connections I have gained over the last decade to help people solve their supply chain problems.

I have directly worked in nearly every supply chain function for, 5 different companies, across 8 different manufacturing plants. throughout this time I developed a vast personal network of experts and suppliers. I have also personally managed the production of a multitude of products including missile guidance systems, valve systems for nuclear aircraft carriers, thermal batteries, printed circuit boards, server stacks, water filtration systems, medical research equipment, apparel, and a whole host of other products. I have managed projects with budgets of 100 dollars and 150 million dollars for past employers. Now, I am utilizing the knowledge I have gained to help other people develop their supply chains and bring new products to market.
