Product Develepment
How do you get your design from an idea in your head to a real design that a factory can actually produce?
We will walk you through the process of creating the tech pack, choosing appropriate materials, and simulating manufacture to validate a factory can realistically produce the product.

Demand Planning
How many products do you need, when do you need them, and when does production need to take place so that you receive them on time?
We will work with you to develop an estimated sales forecast and blow that forecast down through manufacturing and raw materials lead times. Doing this will create an accurate production timeline and ensure you have the right amount of product at the right time.

Who is the best choice to manufacture your product?
We will create an RFP “Request for Proposal” package and quote multiple suppliers. We will then put together a rundown of each supplier and my recommendation of which supplier we believe should be used.

Warehousing
How are you going to store your inventory?
All the material you buy will need to be stored and distributed from somewhere. We will develop a sku level storage plan that minimizes shipping and storage costs. We will also quote and present a variety of warehousing and distribution options and provide my opinion on what we believe the best option is for your product.

Distribution
How are you going to get your inventory from your warehouse to your customers?
We will identify the optimal storage location, carrier, and shipping method for each of your target markets. Our goal will be to minimize delivery time, freight cost, and inventory on hand by optimizing the amount of product we have on hand for each distribution location.

Reporting
How are you going to manage the financial reporting and documentation to stay aligned with regulatory bodies and monitor profitability?
